In Our Shoes, Our Selves, I partnered with actor Bridget Moynahan and writer Amanda Benchley to explore identity, memory, and power through the shoes of 40 extraordinary women.

Each subject chose a shoe that held a significant moment and was photographed in three ways: a solo portrait, a portrait with her chosen pair, and a still life of the shoes themselves. 

Marking my first foray into still life, I approached each object with the exact same intention as my portraiture trying to focus entirely on the story waiting to be told.
