Melanie Dunea’s latest piece captures that sweet spot where food + fashion + art + photography all meet.
Amuse-Bouche takes the form of a limited edition hand-bound, hand-stitched "book". It will come in two different covers and the same interior, each inspired by a Michelin- starred restaurant menu (the look) and by a classic cocktail menu (the size).
The real magic is inside, the photographs resemble a glamorous fashion shoot. But keep flipping through the "menu". Look closer. See if you can spot foods such as caviar, coffee, prickly pear and red snapper.
Amuse-Bouche will take you on a sweet, savory, amusing ride infused with beauty, levity, joy and laughs needed in these complicated times.

Watch us prepare this incredible recipe was dreamed up by the brilliant food icons Melissa Clark from the New York Times and Gail Simmons the longtime permanent judge on Top Chef. They were inspired by the sexy, saucy ingredients in Amuse-Bouche.
Cooking together was the perfect reminder that food is communal, aesthetic, and belongs to all of us.
